As of now, there is no official price per square foot (PSF) for the units at Meyer Blue. However, we can share some information about the cost involved in developing the project.
The land for Meyer Blue was previously part of Meyer Park Condo. It was sold for $392.18 million. When adding land betterment charges, the total cost comes out to around $1,668 per square foot per plot ratio (PSF PPR).
Once the final pricing details are released, it is expected that Meyer Blue. It will offer competitive rates compared to other developments in the area due to the reasonable cost of acquiring the land.
